Who doesn’t love eating cookie dough? I always have to stop myself from eating too much of the dough when making cookies. So I just had to come up with a delicious vegan cookie dough dip!
And the best thing is that it’s also super healthy at the same time! The secret ingredients are white beans that serve as the base of this healthy cookie dough. But don’t worry, the cookie dough dip won’t taste like beans!
Maybe you have tried black bean brownies before and you already know how versatile beans are? If not, you should really give this healthy cookie dough recipe a try!

How To Make Vegan Cookie Dough

Vegan Cookie Dough – Recipe Notes:
- I love eating the cookie dough dip with store-bought vegan cookies or crackers. But it’s also super delicious with strawberries as a healthier alternative.
- If you’re out of white beans, you could also replace the white beans with chickpeas. You might need a bit more almond milk, but the dip will be just as delicious!
- I like to make the cookie dough dip in my food processor (I have a large Cuisineart food processor). You could also use a high speed blender, but I think it works much better in a food processor.
- I didn’t want my cookie dough dip to be overly sweet, so I only used four tablespoons of maple syrup. However, if you want it to be sweeter, you can adjust the amount to your personal liking. You could also use agave instead.

I love to create recipes too, especially desserts. My favourites are muffins, they are so easy to make and you can make them in so many different ways! :)

We had “chip n dip” day at work today and I brought this dip when everyone else brought salty snacks with high fat, dairy based dips (to be expected). It was fantastic and everyone who was brave enough to try it (I’m the only vegan in my office) was shocked at how good it tasted! A++++ on this one!

I made this dip today and it was soooo good! I can’t believe that it’s so healthy. I was really skeptical about the beans, but I gave it a try anyways. So glad I did! Thanks for the recipe, Sina!
