    Vegan Popsicles

Is there anything more refreshing than popsicles on hot summer days? I don’t think so! These homemade vegan popsicles are the perfect summer treat. All recipes are easy to make and are much healthier than store-bought popsicles.

a collage of four vegan popsicle recipes

Wow! It has been pretty hot lately. The only thing that helped with the heat was popsicles! And by popsicles I don’t mean the sugar-loaded popsicles you can buy in the grocery store! No, I mean homemade and healthy popsicles in all colors and flavors!

I teamed up with some fellow food bloggers and put together a stunning list of 22 super refreshing vegan popsicles.

Don’t they look amazing? Some of them are so insanely pretty, I could just stare at them the whole day. Or just eat them all at once. I think that’s actually the better solution. Haha!

So as I already said, we got so many different flavors:

    • watermelon, peach, strawberry, rhubarb, pineapple, raspberry, cantaloupe, and even kiwi – I think we got most fruits covered in this popsicle roundup!
    • then we also got some super creative vegan popsicles like Banoffee ice cream pops, green tea, or acai bowl breakfast popsicles
    • oh and let’s not forget about the adult only boozy popsicles

    So let’s get started…

    22 Super Refreshing Vegan Popsicles

    1. Tropical Green Smoothie Popsicles

four green and pink smoothie popsicles on a wooden board covered with frozen currants, kiwi, and orange slices

These tropical green smoothie popsicles are the perfect treat for hot summer days. We make them all the time! They are sweet, healthy, and packed with nutrients. Even kids love them!

    2. Cherry Pineapple Popsicles

seven cherry and pineapple popsicles on a grey marble countertop with fresh cherries and pineapple slices on the side

These cherry pineapple popsicles by Erin from Platings and Pairings prove that cherry and pineapple are the perfect match. Just look at these bright colors! Make sure that the pineapple you’re using is perfectly ripe for a sweet taste.

    3. Lemonade and Fruit Popsicles

five lemonade and fruit popsicles in a bowl with peach slices and blueberries on the side

Aren’t these lemonade and fruit popsicles by Jessica from Coffee and Crayons super beautiful? Jessica used homemade lemonade, fresh fruit, and oven-roasted strawberries to make them. They’re pretty easy to make. And they’re fun to make, especially with your kids!

    4. Raspberry Coconut Smoothie Popsicles

two raspberry coconut popsicles on a grey plate covered with chocolate, pistachios, mint leaves, and raspberries

Don’t you love the combination of raspberries and chocolate? I sure do! These raspberry coconut smoothie popsicles by Lauren from Lauren Caris Cooks look like such a nice summer treat. And the best thing is that they are made without refined sugar and dairy.

    5. Healthy Popsicles with Kiwi and Pineapple

five kiwi popsicles on a grey surface with ice cubes and three kiwi halves on the side

Healthy popsicles are the best refreshment on hot summer days! And in contrast to store-bought popsicles, these homemade popsicles are completely sugar-free and contain lots of vitamins and nutrients. And the best thing is you need only 10 minutes to make them!

    6. Healthy Chocolate Raspberry Ice Cream Bars

two chocolate-covered raspberry popsicles on a parchment paper with fresh strawberries on the side

Don’t these chocolate raspberry ice cream bars by Kat from The Loopy Whisk look pretty decadent? Kat created a beautiful marbled effect. And just look at that smooth and thick chocolate shell! Yummy!

    7. Pineapple Lemonade Ice Pops

four pineapple lemonade popsicles on a marble countertop with pineapple slices on the side

These pineapple lemonade ice pops by Courtney from Courtney’s Sweets look insanely refreshing! They’re fresh, healthy, and very easy to make. To make these pineapple popsicles even sweeter, Courtney recommends using Meyer lemons which are sweeter than regular lemons.

    8. Green Tea Hibiscus Pops

five green tea hibiscus popsicles on parchment paper with black and white straws

Jenn from Peas and Crayons was inspired by Starbucks’ “iced passion tango” iced tea when she made these green tea hibiscus pops. The only thing that is better than iced tea is frozen tea! So refreshing!

    9. Easy Protein Fruitsicles

six fruit popsicles in a bowl with ice cubes and sliced fruits on the side

Don’t these easy protein fruitsicles by Shashi from Savory Spin look absolutely gorgeous? Shashi used a protein drink as the base for these pretty and healthy popsicles!

    10. Kiwi Coconut Chia Popsicles

seven chia kiwi popsicles on a marble countertop with kiwi slices on the side

I love chia pudding, but I’ve never thought of using it to make popsicles! Maryanne from The Little Epicurean used coconut chia pudding for her popsicles that make an easy and healthy breakfast treat for hot summer days. And I mean how cool is it to have popsicles for breakfast?!

    11. Banoffee Ice Cream Pops

two vegan banoffee ice cream popsicles on a piece of parchment paper with a bowl of homemade toffee sauce with a spoon on the side

Another refreshing popsicle recipe! These easy cantaloupe lucuma popsicles by Bianca from Elephantastic Vegan are sweetened with rice syrup and lucuma powder. Maybe you haven’t heard of lucuma powder yet. It’s a low-glycemic sweetener and it contains a lot of nutrients.

    16. Acai Bowl Breakfast Popsicles
