The Best Vegan  Cauliflower Wings

These vegan cauliflower hot wings with vegan aioli are the perfect comfort food! They’re tangy, spicy, and incredibly delicious. And they’re also a lot healthier than chicken wings!

Carefully cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.

Make the dipping batter.

Dip the cauliflower in the batter.

Roll in panko bread crumbs.

Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 25 minutes at 350 °F. Pour the BBQ sauce over the baked wings.

Bake again for 20 minutes at 350 °F.

Serve with vegan aioli.
