Ingredients

  • 2 stalks celery
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • about 10 radishes
  • 1 red or yellow bell pepper
  • 1 cup couscous
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  • Prepare the couscous according to the instructions on the package.
  • Cut the vegetables into small pieces.
  • Add them to the couscous and stir in the oil, vinegar, and fresh herbs. Season with salt and pepper.
