Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon natural vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 cup vegan chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup choped pretzels
  • sea salt, to sprinkle
  • more pretzels to put on top

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 °F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together all ingredients except the chocolate chips and the pretzels. Gently stir in the chocolate chips and the chopped pretzels.
  • Using a tablespoon, either place 9 jumbo cookies or about 15 normal ones on the baking sheet. Gently press one pretzel on top of each cookie and sprinkle with sea salt.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
