Have you tried slow cooker oatmeal yet? This crock pot oatmeal with quinoa, apples, and cinnamon is my new favorite! So delicious and creamy!

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cups oat or almond milk milk
  • 4 tablespoons unsweetened apple sauce
  • 1 apple, cut into medium-sized chunks
  • 1 tablespoon raisins
  • 5 dates, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup quinoa
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped


  • Put all ingredients except for the walnuts in a slow cooker. Cook on low for 9 hours.
  • Serve warm with some fresh apple chunks and chopped walnuts.
