Ingredients

  • 6 tablespoons vegan mayonnaise
  • 4 teaspoons salsa de chipotle (for example from La Costena or La Morena), You could replace it with 1 chipotle chili from 1 can of chipotles in adobo
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon regular paprika powder

Instructions

  • Squeeze the lime. You need 1 teaspoon of lime juice.
  • Place everything in a small bowl and stir well.

Notes

  • I used store-bought canned salsa with chipotles for this recipe. If you can't find it, you could replace it with 1 chipotle chili from 1 can of chipotles in adobo.
  • If you're chipotle mayo turns out too spicy, just add more mayo to your personal liking.
  • Stored in an airtight container in the fridge, the sauce will last up to 2 weeks. Make sure to always use a clean spoon so it won't go bad earlier.
