4teaspoonssalsa de chipotle(for example from La Costena or La Morena), You could replace it with 1 chipotle chili from 1 can of chipotles in adobo

1/4teaspoonsmoked paprika powder
1/2teaspoonregular paprika powder
Instructions
Squeeze the lime. You need 1 teaspoon of lime juice.
Place everything in a small bowl and stir well.
Notes
I used store-bought canned salsa with chipotles for this recipe. If you can't find it, you could replace it with 1 chipotlechili from 1 can of chipotles in adobo.
If you're chipotle mayo turns out too spicy, just add more mayo to your personal liking.
Stored in an airtight container in the fridge, the sauce will last up to 2 weeks. Make sure to always use a clean spoon so it won't go bad earlier.
