Vegan Dip

If you are looking for a delicious dip then you should definitely try this vegan dip with dairy-free cream cheese and dates. It's super creamy, perfectly seasoned with curry and garlic and completely vegan.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 3/4 cup vegan cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup vegan sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

Instructions

  • Place the pitted dates and the clove of garlic in a food processor or blender. Process until roughly chopped. 
  • Add the remaining ingredients and process until well combined. Make sure to leave some texture! 

Notes

  • The dip tastes great with roasted bread (either in the oven or in the toaster) or with crackers. I also think it's great with vegetable sticks. In the summer it also makes a great dip for BBQs or picnics.
  • If you'd like to add a bit of spiciness, season it with red pepper flakes to your personal liking.
  • Or you could add some paprika powder together with the curry powder and the cumin.
  • I like to sprinkle the dip with some freshly chopped parsley for even more flavor.
