Berry Chia Pudding

For two big servings or four small ones:

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 2 apricots
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 cup water
  • 7 tablespoons chia seeds

Instructions

  • Cut the aprictos in half and remove the pit. Peel the kiwi. Put them into a food processor together with the berries and the water and process until smooth.
  • Stir in the chia seeds and let it soak in the fridge for about 2 hours. Serve with fresh berries.
