This sweet and salty Christmas crunch mix makes a wonderful Holiday treat! The recipe comes together in less than 15 minutes and it makes the perfect homemade gift for family and friends.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups mini pretzels
  • 2 cups mini speculoos/ spiced cookies
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1 bag popcorn (microwave popcorn)
  • 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries
  • 1 cup apple chips / dried apples
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup red and green sugar sprinkles
  • 7 oz vegan white chocolate
  • 1 pinch cinnamon

Instructions

  • Place everything on a large sheet pan and mix well. 
  • Melt the vegan white chocolate either on the stovetop or in the microwave. 
  • Garnish with cinnamon, vegan sugar sprinkles, and crushed freeze-dried strawberries. 

Notes

  • Stored in an airtight container, it will last up to 2 weeks at room temperature.
  • The easiest way to melt chocolate is in the microwave. Roughly chop the chocolate and place it in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave it in 30-second intervals until smooth and completely melted. Stir it every 30 seconds.
