The Best Vegan Burritos

Spice up your taste buds with this mouthwatering vegan Mexican street corn salad that is tossed in a smoky and tangy Chipotle dressing. It’s spicy, tangy, super simple and it makes such a great BBQ side!

 In a medium bowl, combine black beans,  corn, spices, and lime juice.

Add chopped cilantro.

Lay a tortilla down flat on a plate. Add some rice, corn salad, and salsa in the center of the tortilla.

Then, add lettuce, vegan cheese, vegan sour cream, and avocado on top.

Fold in the sides.

Roll the burrito up and wrap it in foil. Then cut it into half with a sharp knife.
